Task & Committee Tracking System
gDi offers a unique integrated solution for task collaboration. It enables users to manage their day to day work related tasks through its full life cycle by engaging the relevant team members. The system has web and mobile interfaces for creating tasks and committees and planning, tracking, and reporting. The system helps users or departments follow up on their tasks and manage its progress until the task objectives are accomplished.
The Task Dashboard provides a high level view of the current task based on task execution status and category. Tracking and monitoring progress is made easier with a variety of features to enable easy and effective communication. Some of the systems features include generation of automatic notifications and reminders based on settings, integration of tasks with MS Outlook for the task creation, defining committees meetings and managing attributes, evaluation of each committee by management based on pre-defined criteria and earned scores, flexibility with acceptance or rejection and reassigning of tasks and much more!
Tasks can be limited to a certain time frame, system allows setting task deadline and follow up based on the set time frame.
