Survey Management System
gDi’s Survey Management System is a fully customizable bilingual (Arabic, English) web based system that helps organizations conduct, create, distribute and analyze a wide range of survey types. Those surveys can be used internally or externally to provide analysis and reports to help the organization improve employees’ performance or customer service. The system also contains a module in the system to define mystery shopper surveys and to conduct surveys with the help of agents to measure employee performance and compare the result with any set KPI indicators.
The Survey Template module will allow users to create a new survey or mystery shopper template which then can be distributed to various types of respondents for their feedback. The same survey template can be reused for different survey sessions during different time intervals. The survey template typically will contain a set of questions with possible answers or answer types expected. The system supports configuration of different types of answers such as multiple choice, multi select, text description, matrix, rating etc.
Multiple features are included in this system such as a library of questions and answers which can be added in any template, survey sessions or campaigns are created for sending surveys for collecting responses from respective users or user groups. It also includes automatic distribution and a full-fledged user management module to create users and define roles & permissions. The system also has the capability to integrate with an organization’s active directory module for authentication purposes.
The main objective of a survey system is to receive responses from users on various topics and analyze the responses to measure various results. The response submitted by agents can be randomly audited and approved by the Reviewer / Approver.
The system provides many analytical reports to help organization to analyze the survey results.
